- The Arrears Resolution Specialist will be responsible for reviewing aging reports, reconciling customer accounts, and investigating short payments and disputed charges.
- The successful candidate will also create extended payment contracts, handle small claims proceedings, and collaborate with other departments to gather information.
- This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Required Skills:
- High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- Three to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Proprietary Time Value software.
