POSITION SUMMARY
Communicate with customers in a positive and timely manner while maintaining accurate and efficient processing of all parts transactions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive phone calls from customers (internal or external customers).
- Handle parts transactions.
- Assist in the relocation of parts.
- Put stock away.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Update parts information in computer or parts books when needed.
- Research parts information for customer using published materials or through other vendors.
- Pull parts from inventory.
- Operate lift truck.
- Work the shipping and receiving counter when needed; United Parcel, load and unload truck.
- Deliver parts to customers or shop.
- Assembly hydraulic hoses.
- Keep parts and service shop area clean; i.e., sweep, empty trash as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATIONS
Pay Range: $24.96- $35.66 Hourly
Pay Range Dependent on Knowledge, Skills, and Ability.
Hourly rate of pay as negotiated with Operating Engineers, Local #3. Excellent company-paid benefits including medical, dental, retirement, vacations and holidays.
