Cashier - HOLT Truck Centers

HOLT Truck Centers is seeking a bilingual Cashier with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.  The cashier will utilize knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable  help facilitate both the parts and service departments as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Handle customer complaints professionally and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Knowledge of Porcede and/or Paycom is a plus
• Ability to communicate customer's interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Computer literate; accurate and heavy data entry skill required
• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule
