We are looking for a self-motivated Dispatcher to join our team! Starting pay is $20.00-$22.00 per hour, with additional bonus potential.
This position plays a crucial role in coordinating service calls, scheduling technicians, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing top-tier customer support.
Schedule: Flexible weekday options available. Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM is required. 40 hours per week.

What you’ll do:
Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician for each service appointment.
Manage technician schedules and monitor their progress throughout the day.
Provide updates to customers on technician arrival times and job statuses.
Maintain accurate records of service calls and prepare reports for management.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed.
Foster a professional and friendly rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
What you bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in dispatching or customer service preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
