We’re looking for a Plumbing Excavation Helper to join our growing team. This role supports the excavation crew by assisting the excavation operator, assisting with stop box replacements, waterline replacements, and more. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn while contributing to a safe and efficient job site.

Responsibilities:
Assist the excavation operator by spotting hazards and ensuring a safe digging environment.
Perform physical labor, including hand digging, lifting buckets of dirt, and moving bags of pea gravel.
Assist with sewer pipe removal and replacement, stop box replacement, and waterline replacement.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Work collaboratively with the excavation crew to complete projects efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., trenches, crawl spaces).
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
Ability to work in various weather conditions for outdoor tasks.
Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina for hands-on labor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in plumbing or excavation preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members.
Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work safely and follow company policies and procedures.
