Location : Camden, NJ; Krishna P Singh Technology Center Holtec International seeks qualified applicants for a management position in its accounting and finance department based at the company's KPS Technology Campus in Camden, NJ. This department is the company's financial nerve center responsible for managing all of Holtec's operation centers and project offices around the world. The specific position for which the candidate is solicited herein is that of the Director of Accounting which calls for a professional with strong accounting and tax matters expertise. The candidate's principal activities will consist of preparing consolidated corporate financials, and financials for various business units for briefing executive management. The associate will also be responsible for leading efforts to align the company’s accounting standards and internal controls to align with those for a publicly listed company. Minimum required academic qualification consists of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA certification, and minimum 5-years’ experience in corporate accounting. The associate will report to the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company uses Kinetics ERP software, Caseware and several customized software for project management, supplier management, invoice processing and accounts payable activities in which the candidate will receive necessary training. The Company’s business management is completely paper-less and web-based. It is expected that the Candidate's work will involve frequent remote video contact with other accounting personnel at other HOLTEC operation centers and occasional international travel.
