Train, qualify, and certify NDT personnel in accordance with internal written practice and ASNT SNT-TC-1A or NAS-410. Provide oversight and guidance to NDT Level I and II inspectors and ensure compliance with customer and code requirements. Conduct and interpret real-time radiographic inspections using both film and digital imaging systems, ensuring accurate evaluation of component integrity. Review and approve NDT results, data packages, and inspection records. Interface with project engineers, quality managers, and customers to resolve non-conformances and inspection-related issues. Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes related to inspection or quality issues. Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment and ensure X-ray radiation safety compliance, including maintenance of safety logs and monitoring devices. Assist in internal and external audits, including vendor surveillance and supplier qualification activities. Participate in the qualification of new manufacturing techniques or components involving NDT support. Maintain accurate documentation of all inspections and procedures.
