What does a Bidding Specialist do? They are responsible for assisting the CEO with a variety of tasks. This position is responsible for coordinating, processing and following through with procedures related to the bid process.

- Know your way around the fundamentals of MS Excel (format, filter, basic functions)
- One year of office or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with (utility) construction blueprint-reading is a plus!

- Arrange to receive prints for projects to be bid and forward to CEO.
- Enter bid data into customer web-based system.
- Enter bid data into paper system and forward to customer.
- Follow up and gather information on awarded bids
- Provide administrative support to Marketing Director.
- Effectively communicate with CEO and Customers.
