Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a work crew of 2-3 members.
• Strategically plan daily and weekly work orders for optimal efficiency.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve issues encountered on job sites.
• Ensure the execution of quality work that reflects our high standards.

Required Skills

• A minimum of two years’ experience in utility construction, telephone cable placement, or as a foreman/HDD operator.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting telephone and CATV blueprints.
• Strong management capabilities to lead teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel Monday through Friday throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, returning home on weekends.
• Possession of an insurance-acceptable driver's license; Class A CDL preferred or the ability to obtain one.
• Prior training in utility safety standards is essential.
• Capability to complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
