Holton Arms School seeks full-time Middle School Teacher Candidates for the 2025-2026 school year. Beyond the classroom, expectations include fulfilling assigned duties as required, communicating effectively with students and parents, and working collaboratively with other teachers in your department and division colleagues and administrators. Teachers serve as advisors, mentors, and role models responsible for preserving a positive learning environment and all our students' well-being, committing to academic excellence, and supporting our Global Education and Diversity institutional priorities.

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or the discipline in which they teach, with a graduate degree preferred
- Experience teaching at the middle-school level.
- Expertise in developing and delivering engaging, student-centered lessons
- Dedication to collaboration
- Experience embedding Social and Emotional Learning, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, and Global Competencies into the curriculum
- Commitment to continued professional learning and a growth mindset
- Demonstrated sensitivity, knowledge, and understanding of the diverse backgrounds of community members with a continuous focus on healthy relationship building.
- Commitment to a lifetime of learning, personal and professional integrity, and the capacity to serve as a model of openness, generosity, and acceptance.
- Experience in a single gender setting is a plus.
