Holtzman Home Improvement is looking for a Superintendent to add to our family owned Remodeling Company. Our Superintendents are responsible for managing all fazes of multiple residential remodeling projects. Custom builds
Responsibilities include:
1. Daily visits to jobsites to maintaining and monitor the progress of kitchen and bath remodels from start to finish.
2. Supervision of all phases of construction and all personnel as assigned.
3. Management of the inspection process, customer concerns and relations.
4. Perform and maintain quality inspections, interacting and working directly with Sales, Homeowners and in-house tradesmen.
5. Walk-through and go over work being done with client once job has sold
6. Punch List put together near completion of job
