PreK-Grade 8: Director of After School Care/Part-Time: Mondays-Fridays: 2:00pm-5:30pm, some extended times.
Responsible for the overall operation and management of the after-school program, including planning, implementing, and supervising activities, staff, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.

• Program Planning and Implementing:

– Create and maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for children.
– Ensure the program adheres to relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Supervision and Guidance:

– Supervise children during all activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Communication and Engagement:

– Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding schedules, activities, and any concerns.

• Operations and Logistics:

– Adhere to programs, budget, student attendance, billing and collections using ProCare software.
– Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff.

• Safety and Security:

– Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.

• Qualifications:

– Experience working with children in an after-school or childcare setting is highly desirable.
– Experience in program planning, implementation, and management.

• Other Requirements:

– Background check and fingerprinting and other requirements.
– First aid and CPR certification and other required trainings.
