What You’ll Do:
- Answer and direct phone calls and visitors
- Schedule leads, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Organize files and data entry
- Support internal teams with clerical tasks and communication
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2 years of administrative experience
- 2 years of front desk/phone experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Work Environment:
- Office-based position
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
