Installation Technician Job Description

We have an exceptional opportunity for a customer-focused Installation Technician to provide white-glove installation services to our rapidly expanding customer base. In this critical role, you'll travel to customers' homes or businesses to install our state-of-the-art water management equipment. Your daily duties will include troubleshooting problems with existing equipment, testing connections/sealed sections, providing feedback to our customers, and cleaning up after completing the job.

 No experience – no problem! We'll train you and provide everything you need for success on the job. Whether you have just graduated or are looking to transition from another technician role, take control of your future with a position beyond 9 to 5.

• Connect - Serve as the frontline, providing unrivaled customer service to our valued customers
• Install – Provide quality installation of water management systems
• Consultation – Provide exceptional communication and customized solutions based on each individual's specific needs

QUALIFICATIONS

What it Takes

The most successful Installation Technicians are flexible, conscientious self-starters committed to delivering the best customer service while taking pride in their work.  

Minimum Required:

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Willingness to train and learn the role, including weekly production/training meetings at our corporate office
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work when necessary and beyond standard working hours (nights, weekends, etc.)
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work with the company's end users
• Must have reliable transportation to arrive on time
• Professional appearance
• Valid Drivers License
• Clean/violation-free driving record

Preferred:

• Onsite Project Management experience
• 1 years of gutter installation experience
