We have an exceptional opportunity for a customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to serve as an advocate for our rapidly expanding customer base. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for interacting with prospective customers to assess their needs, present available company products and services that will meet those needs and convert a high percentage of those presentations into sales that create “delighted customers.”

JOB DUTIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

• Connect – Regularly connect with customers and prospects with calls and site visits to uncover rainwater problems. Generate leads through referrals through networking whenever possible.
• Advocate – You don’t sell; you establish yourself as the expert and guide our customers to the company’s rainwater management products and services that match their needs.

• Build Value – Differentiate yourself and Holy City Gutterworks from our competition by building value with our prospects and representing the company with the utmost degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Win – Excel by closing profitable jobs that meet the customers’ and company's expectations, get paid well for your efforts and be rewarded for growing with a great company and team.

QUALIFICATIONS

What it Takes

The most successful Outside Sales Reps are driven, conscientious self-starters who are financially motivated and goal-oriented. Competitive personalities are a good fit for this opportunity.

Minimum Required:

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Demonstrate the ability to sell
• Willingness to train and learn the role, including weekly sales/training meetings at our corporate office

• Pass any required background and/or reference checks
• Pass any pre-employment physicals and drug and alcohol screening examinations

• Physical ability to daily lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs, occasionally climb ladders, and occasionally walk on uneven surfaces
• Ability to work when necessary and beyond standard working hours (nights, weekends, etc.)
• Professional appearance
• Reliable transportation and an acceptable DMV record

Preferred:

• Home Services or construction industry experience
• Prior sales experience
