Experienced Hardscape Installer

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced lead laborer to join our hardscape team. As a lead hardscape laborer, you will be responsible for leading various construction tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the installation. The ideal candidate will have experience with paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, open-grade installs, and other general hardscaping practices. As a lead laborer, you will be in charged of instructing the on-site team and maintaining deliverables as well as performing the physical work required to complete the project.

Duties:
- Lead installations for all aspects of hardscapes- From start to finish
- Perform general construction duties such as manual labor, excavation and using power tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with construction management to ensure project timelines are met
- Ability to interpret project design
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of hardscape principles and practices. We REQUIRE a professional and well trained individual that has had direct hands on experience with paver installations.
• Ability to install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other basic hardscape applications
• Proficient in using power tools, mini track loaders, and other equipment/machines related to general hardscaping
• Familiarity with blueprints and construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time

This position is full-time, W-2 position. This position starts ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• No weekends
