Responsibilities
Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Responsibilities
- Directly observes nursing care provided by an R.N. partner.
- Performs assigned patient care based on validated skills achieved in clinical/lab courses within his/her school of nursing.
- Current CNA license with the State of Maryland required.
- BLS certification (issued through the American Heart Association)
- Current enrollment in a School of Nursing and entering last year of program
- Completion of at least one Medical/Surgical clinical rotation
- Reads, writes, speaks, and comprehends the English language
- May be required to lift a minimum 15 – 35 lbs as determined by the nature of the nursing unit.
- Must be able to push, pull, lift patients. Must be able to push, pull lift and move patient care equipment, i.e., beds, stretchers.
- Must be able to bend body downward at the waist; be able to kneel.
- Must have visual accuracy and auditory acuity
- Must be able to distinguish color, texture, temperature and size
- Must have ability to coordinate eyes and hands quickly and accurately
- Frequent use of computers and other patient care monitoring devices required.
