Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to work in our hospital-based Outpatient Clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Neurologic, Orthopedic, and Geriatric populations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and re-evaluate patients' ability to perform functional skills and develop treatment plans to meet identified goals.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, other professionals, family members, and outside agents to ensure coordination of treatment efforts.
- Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors, subordinates, and peers.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by supervisor.
Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Occupational Therapy is required.
- Licensure: Current National Occupational Therapy Certification/Registration and Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Florida is required.
