Overview:
The sleep lab scheduling secretary acts as a primary contact for the sleep center by answering calls, scheduling patients, coordinating with physician offices and sleep lab staff, as well as registration of patients, insurance verification and attains pre-authorizations and collection of co-pays. This position requires a multi-tasking, organized, efficient, pleasant, team oriented individual. (Also retriving health/medical benefits and relaying this information to the patients.

Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- A minimum of 1 year prior experience with scheduling, collection of payments, insurance, referrals, and communication skills required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Epic experience is preferred.
