What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dietitian - Full Time position at Holy Cross Hospital?
- Provide medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for patients.
- Incorporate current evidence-based research into practice, utilizing the Nutrition Care Process
- Actively contributes to departmental initiatives, including committees and projects.
- Must be able to participate as a team member of the interdisciplinary team
- Weekend rotation required
