JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for distributing products to requesting departments and stocking inventories in storeroom, Pyxis and assigned locations. Participates in the yearly physical inventory.
Responsible for receiving materials from delivery companies; verifying shipments; stocking inventories in storeroom; receiving purchase orders into computer system; placing orders into computer systems as needed.; participating in yearly physical inventory.
Performs duties independently with supervision, operating from specific and definite direction and instructions. Decisions are of routine or critical nature, made within prescribed operating guidelines, policies, and procedures. Is responsible for performing job duties within institutional guidelines.
