Position Overview:
The Custodian will ensure the facility and surrounding areas are neat, clean, free from clutter and safe.
Responsibilities:
- Keep common areas in a safe and clean condition to include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, removing trash, window cleaning and floor polishing.

Refill disposable product dispensers and maintain general tidiness of:
- All administration common areas and bathrooms
- All commons space hallways
- Dorm rooms
- Laundry room
- Bathrooms throughout facility
- Exterior parking lot
- Ensure that all duties are carried out in a timely and orderly fashion so that Holy Cross Services functions in the most efficient manner possible.
- Performs other duties related to the upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds within the individuals capabilities.

- High School Diploma required. Previous experience strongly preferred.
