Holy Family Catholic Schools is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to join our central office team and drive financial excellence! This is a 12-month, full-time position, open until filled.
The Director of Finance will serve as the financial leader for Holy Family Catholic Schools and the Holy Family Legacy Foundation, overseeing all financial operations to ensure fiscal responsibility, sustainability, and alignment with organizational and Archdiocesan policies. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the finance function, including budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and auditing. In addition, this position will involve supervisory responsibilities.
This role requires a detail-oriented leader with strong analytical skills to maintain financial stability and support the long-term growth of Holy Family. The qualified candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred) or possess at least five years of relevant experience and/or training. A practicing Roman Catholic is preferred. This position will offer early 1:1 mentorship and training for additional support.
