Holy Hospice and Palliative Care is a family owned and operated company dedicated to serving families and loved ones with compassion and attentiveness.
We are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator (Recruiter) to act as a liaison between our hospice company and volunteers regarding patient/family and administrative needs.
Requirements:
· Experience in recruitment
· Effective communication with staff
· Ability to establish and maintain relationship with volunteers
· Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm manor
· Effective way of sourcing for volunteers
· Bilingual is preferred but not required
· Willingness to travel
· Valid Driver’s license and car insurance
Pay: $18.00hr Full time
Monday -Friday
Responsibilities:
· Provides volunteers per the hospice patient’s Plan of Care
· Works effectively to develop and maintain polices to the volunteer program
· Demonstrates knowledge and assures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws relating to recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers.
· Establishes relations to foster a good working program with the volunteers and hospice staff.
