As a Personal Trainer, you will be a part of a cohesive, integrated team working to better understand an individual's health and fitness status. Then develop, deliver, and monitor programs to improve the individuals and teams health, wellness, and performance goals. Develop outreach into the community through schools, community programs, small businesses, corporations, and public sector services and staff.

What You Will Do
- Excellent interpersonal communication – ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations
- Ability to work with individuals and groups
- Highly energetic, outgoing, friendly, self-starter, takes initiative, can multi-task well, with attention to detail, effective time management
- Knowledge of emerging best practices within the health and fitness industry.
- Ability to perform fitness assessments/evaluations to develop individualized programs for clients to meet specific goals
- Assists in the development, and refinement of exercise programs
- Responsible for safety and cleanliness of the gym floor
- Generate new clients/members
- Contribute marketing efforts through community events
- Ability to integrate with the Human Performance team: Physician, Rehab, Nutrition, Psychology, Sleep, etc.
- Any other duties required by the manager
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, exercise science, kinesiology, exercise physiology, athletic training, physical education required
- 1-3 years Two to three years preferred experience preferred
- CPTR - Cert Personal Trainer upon hire required
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation upon hire required
- NASM - Fitness Instructor Certification preferred
- ACE - Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist preferred
- ACSM - Clinical Exercise Specialist preferred
