Holy Spirit Retirement Home, a nonprofit, faith-based organization, has been providing exceptional care since the 1960s. We're currently seeking an experienced Director of Finance to oversee our financial operations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage treasury, accounting, and budgeting for the Retirement Home and Foundation.
- Supervise accounts receivable / payable and resident billing.
- Prepare audit workpapers and ensure accounting controls.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance reporting.
- Issue financial statements and annual budgets for board review.
- Coordinate annual reports and Foundation contributions.
- Support special projects and organizational needs.
