We are looking for an experienced Preschool Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and be committed to creating a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and providing individualized instruction to students. They must also be able to work well with the classroom teachers and other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing lesson plans and activities that are age-appropriate and engaging for preschoolers.
- Assist in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide small group instruction as assigned by the classroom teacher.
- Encourage children to explore, create, and discover through play-based activities provided by the classroom teacher.
- Model positive behavior and social skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
