POSITION STATUS: Exempt, FT, 12 month
Qualifications
Knowledge of: Modern office practices and procedures, correct English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and mathematical concepts; standard office machines and equipment, including computers and a variety of related application software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point etc.); collection of data and information.
Skills/Ability to: Demonstrated knowledge in budgeting, planning, utilization of human resources and interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership abilities, program development and management skills, work independently and with minimal supervision in a multi-task environment, exercise good judgement in execution of business transactions, accurately perform simple mathematical calculations; meet stringent deadlines; communicate effectively in oral and written form; effectively operate a computer and use appropriate application software; deal effectively and professionally with students, parents, school employees, and the general public.
REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer
SUPERVISES: Bus Drivers, Audio/ Visual Technician when applicable, individuals with Summer Camp responsibilities, US Lunch Coordinator and (indirectly LS Lunch Coordinator and Director of Extended Day).

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and may frequently walk on slippery or uneven surfaces. The noise level in the work environment is often loud.

- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree
- Additional experience in Program Administration or management.
- Experience with lighting and sound systems or stage productions, preferred.
- Physically able to perform assigned duties

- Serve as point-of-contact for organizations interested in renting the School’s facilities.
- Develop and maintain rental policies and procedures for facility rental.
- Negotiates and coordinates facility contract/agreement with outside groups in accordance with policy.
- Issue facility rental contract/agreement and follow-up for necessary deposits.
- Enters approved events on the master school-wide calendar and communicate necessary information to all involved departments.
- Follow up for appropriate certificate of commercial liability insurance in the required amount.
- Provide Audio/ Visual Support for Chapel services as well as other school related events.
- Schedule proper staff coverage, i.e. custodians, maintenance, audio/visual operators, security and others as needed for events.
- Oversee setup, breakdown and the main event to insure compliance with policies.
- Follow up with renter to arrange for final payment.
- Keep an accurate accounting summary of revenue and expenses for each event and all programs.
- Collect feedback from renter to evaluate service provided.
- Implement and oversee summer camp and academic activities.
- Oversee all aspects of lunch program assisting lunch coordinators as needed.
- Oversee all aspects of transportation services, including scheduling drivers for daily transit, athletics and field trips.
- Supervises and evaluates direct reports.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Maintains expertise in assigned areas.
- Participates successfully in professional learning opportunities available to increase skill and proficiency related to assignment.
- Participates successfully in computer training to attain and/or maintain skills necessary to achieve proficiency of performance responsibilities.
