Holy Trinity Nursing Home, a leading skilled nursing facility in Worcester, is seeking a passionate and creative part-time Activity Assistant (16 hours/week – Mondays and every other Friday or Thursday) to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of engaging activities, including games, crafts, music, outings, and more.
- Tailor activities to meet the individual interests and needs of residents.
- Promote physical, emotional, and social well-being through activity programs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in resident activities is required.
- A genuine passion for working with older adults.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
