Job Overview:
Holy Trinity Sales is seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Fiber Optic Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing existing client relationships in the commercial business-to-business (B2B) sector. This position is for those with a proven track record in sales and management within the fiber optics or telecommunications industries.
In partnership with Bright Speed, one of the fastest-growing names in fiber optic services, you will lead sales efforts, build and maintain strategic relationships, and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Lead the charge in driving new business, acquiring large commercial clients, and increasing market share within the fiber optic sector.
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor a small sales team, providing direction, training, and performance coaching to ensure maximum productivity and revenue generation.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with key B2B clients, identifying their needs and offering tailored fiber optic solutions.
- Pipeline Development: Actively prospect for new clients, creating a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, RFP responses, and contract negotiations with decision-makers at commercial enterprises.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
- Reporting: Track sales performance and report on KPIs, ensuring goals are met consistently.
- Collaboration with Bright Speed: Work closely with Bright Speed's support and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Multiple years of experience in sales and B2B sales experience is a plus, with a strong background in fiber optics, telecommunications, or related fields.
- Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial fiber optic services, products, and market demands.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a history of securing large commercial contracts.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to interact with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Technical Acumen: Comfort with technical aspects of fiber optic products and services, with the ability to explain complex solutions in an understandable way.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: A driven, self-starter with a high level of motivation and an unwavering commitment to achieving sales goals.
