What are the responsibilities and job description for the APP Per Diem - Emergency Department position at Holyoke Medical Center?

Holyoke Medical Center is currently seeking a board certified Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our hospital-based EM group in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Our Emergency Department is located in the Pioneer Valley and we are dedicated to serving the needs of our community.
Holyoke Medical Center started as a small community hospital in 1893 and now we are a 219 bed facility with a robust Emergency Department serving 42,500 patients per year. Our Medical Center boasts multiple specialties including general surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, orthopedics, urology, anesthesiology, cardiology, gastroenterology, pain medicine, neurospine, addiction medicine, ophthalmology, nephrology, gynecology, interventional radiology, intensive care, neurology/stroke with 24/7 coverage of award winning stroke care, hospitalist service and many more. Our Emergency Department was newly built in 2017 it features 28 acute beds, 8 behavioral health beds.

- Full-time very competitive base salary for 1440 hours worked per year with additional RVU bonus and compensation for each additional hour over base.

In the ED department:
- In department radiology suite with CT scan and xray
- Bedside Ultrasound for provider use
- Radiology - 24/7 reads from Radiology service, 24/7 US services, MRI ability 8a-9p
