Overview of What You'll Do :
As an In-Home Therapy Clinician, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting children and families by providing clinical services and therapy. You'll deliver care in clients' homes, schools, and other community settings, helping families build skills and manage behavioral challenges. Your responsibilities include :
Conducting comprehensive assessments, including CANS, and providing interpretive summaries and treatment recommendations
Offering crisis intervention, risk management, safety planning, and care coordination
Providing family therapy and skill-building / behavior management training
Engaging natural supports and family members in treatment planning
Ensuring clear, legible documentation and timely submission of progress notes
Developing and implementing safety plans for clients
Meeting a direct service productivity goal of 70% of available time
What We’re Looking For :
We are looking for individuals who are eager to work with diverse, challenging populations and who have a strong commitment to making an impact in the community. Our ideal candidate will have :
A Master’s degree in human services, counseling, clinical psychology, social work, or a related field
3 years of experience is preferred, though new grads are encouraged to apply!
Crisis intervention and risk management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A working knowledge of community resources and how to access them
License eligibility for Massachusetts (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW preferred but not required)
MA-CANS certification

Up to $10,000 retention payments offered to licensed & licensed eligible clinicians
