Our Physical Therapy team is looking for a licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist and/or Physical Therapist Assistant who believes in our mission of working collaboratively to ensure quality results for every patient every time. Duties include providing physical therapy services to in-patient patients at Holyoke Medical Center. Conducts and documents initial evaluation of patients, designs a treatment plan, and establishes age-appropriate goals for each patient.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university; current license or license eligible from the Massachusetts State Board of Allied Health as a Registered Physical Therapist; current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation; current driver's license
