Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in automotive repair or estimating.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and parts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized estimating program.
- Experience with estimating software and tools.
- Customer service experience in a retail or automotive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs and costs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for repairs, including parts and labor.
