Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Parts Sales Consultant to join our growing wholesale team. In this role, you will handle incoming phone sales, process orders, and support our expanding wholesale business. This position is ideal for automotive enthusiasts, mechanically inclined individuals, or anyone with a passion for providing excellent service.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales orders and provide excellent customer service over the phone.
- Accurately process and bill customer orders.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Prospect new clients and maintain relationships with the current customer base.
Qualifications:
- Automotive parts experience required; wholesale experience is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about cars or mechanically inclined.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Proficient in computer systems and software.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
