About the Role :
As a Material Returns Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with the flow of returned materials within our dealership. You will be responsibile for organizing, tagging and picking parts to be scrapped, and / or returned to GM. This is a part-time physical position, so candidates must be comfortable working in a hands-on environment and on their feet for several hours at a time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the processing and organization of returned materials.
- Inspect returned parts to ensure they meet return guidelines.
- Prepare items for shipping or restocking as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of returned items.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
