What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Nutrition Service Specialist position at Holzer Health System?
Assists in preparation of quality meal service for patients, staff, and visitors in a clean and sanitary environment. Shifts may vary. Performs basic clerical duties and assists the Dietary Manager with day-to-day operations as needed. Performs other duties as assigned including some supervisory duties. Occasional on call required.
Education, Work Experience and Licensure:
• High school graduate or GED required.
• Associate Degree preferred
• Previous food service experience required.
• ServSafe certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire. Must maintain active certification while employed.
