What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager - Dental Practice position at Holzer Health System?
The Practice Manager is directly responsible to the Director of Operations and will work cooperatively with the Medical Director, and/or Site Director for managing daily operations of the assigned department to include staff, business operations, business development and advising senior administrative staff for future growth opportunities. Work with physicians/providers and patient care teams to define and implement efficient patient care systems specific to the department. Provide leadership in the development of objectives, policies, plans, programs, and budget for considerations of senior administration. Leads staff of the department, works effectively with the Medical Director, and/or Site director for the assigned departments overall operation to accomplish all organizational objectives.
Education, Work Experience and Licensure:
· Bachelor’s Degree; or 5 years’ experience as a manager in a health care setting.
