Role Overview : As a Design Consultant specializing in in-home design, you will travel to customer homes in the eastern Twin Cities area, based out of Little Canada, MN. This position involves providing personalized in-home design services and sales expertise to meet customer preferences.
Pay :
- Initial Salary : $50,000 annually during training
- Earnings : High commission potential with immediate bonus opportunities
- Top Producers : Annual earnings of $75,000-$100,000
- Full Time or Modified Full Time (32 hours / week) : Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance, life insurance, and bereavement leave

Physical Demands : Moderate physical demands required. The employee is required to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time. Light cleaning including wiping down surfaces, dusting, and vacuuming is required. The employee may be required to push, pull, and lift furniture and accessories up to 50 pounds.
