This position is a full-time remote position working in the Mitsubishi Product Division as a Mitsubishi Support Coordinator, with a primary role of coordinating and managing our Submittal as well as O&M manual package process (Operation and Maintenance manuals). This position will report to the Executive VP, as well as the Director of Business Development for the Mitsubishi Product Division (MPD).

Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage the Submittal Package process for customers
- Generate and manage the O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manual package process for customers
- Support the Mitsubishi Product Division team in various administrative roles
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, self-motivated and driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, time management skills, and team focused
- Ability to learn and utilize new software quickly and accurately (* Salesforce, * Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, etc.) *Training will be provided
- High School Diploma or GED required. College degree and/or related customer service experience preferred
