This position is a full-time position working in the Mitsubishi Product Division as a Mitsubishi Parts & Warranty Administrator with a primary role of processing and managing our parts & warranty claims for our customers and interacting with the manufacturer to process and support our customers. This position will report to the Parts & Warranty Dept. Supervisor and the Operations Manager of the Mitsubishi Product Division (MPD). The position will work remotely if not near a local Homans branch location.

- Generate and manage the Mitsubishi Parts & Warranty process and claims for customers, working on a team of parts and warranty specialists
- Support the Mitsubishi Product Division team and the rest of our company related to all Mitsubishi parts & warranty support
