Job Description
The Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel in Chantilly is looking for a Sales Coordinator professional to start immediately.
Sales Coordinator (Reports to Director of Sales)
* Manage group block process including all verbal and written communication with group contacts; positive, professional communication with wedding groups a must
* Secure room blocks including creation/execution of contracts
* Manage group inventories in sales and inventory systems
*Secure Meeting Room blocks/ Prepare: Contract, Collect Payment, update Events Weekly Schedule and BEO’s with Clients requirements.
* Provide hotel operational support such as answering guest calls and front desk support, including limited guest service agent shifts
*Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
*Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
* Coordinate extended stay touch program
* Support sales and operational hotel managers as needed
* Job requirements: Customer service oriented, strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hospitality focused environment
* Shifts on weekends and holidays may be requested
* Job Type: Full-Time, hourly

Experience:
* Hilton hotel/hospitality experience (OnQ, R&I) preferred (1 year)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

- Driver's License (Preferred)
