To be part of our team, we require:
- Loan Officers with a current NMLS license or are working on obtaining your license
- 1 years in a fast-paced sales environment
- Open to feedback and coaching - allowing you to master your craft in mortgage sales
- Strong focus on client service and putting in the effort to ensure your client is receiving the best options for their mortgage needs
- LO’s who understand the significance of being punctual, consistent, and show up each and everyday ready to seize all opportunities
- Have a true passion to contribute our efforts in fostering a strong sense of community, a green planet, and our mission to make an overall positive impact with each interaction you encounter
Our contribution to our Employees:
- Monday thru Friday schedule - 8:30am - 5:30pm
- 1 Saturday each month - 9am - 2pm (from Home)
- Hybrid Fridays - work from home with a company provided laptop
- Ramp up incentives

- 1st month parking is on us (after your first month - split cost 50/50 with company and your portion is auto-deducted from your paycheck
