Home Alliance, one of the area's most unique home service companies, is growing again! We have an immediate need for a superstar customer service professional to join our dispatch team.
What you will do :
Coordinate technician schedules and categorize calls according to importance and urgency.
Ensure technicians have all relevant information for the day / week.
Handle issues and updates and commute changes to appropriate technician
Enter and update new information and changes into our system..
What we look for :
3 years dispatch in home services or a similar industry.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
Please note this position is based out of our office and is not remote.
