Responsibilities

- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Hootsuite to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends in social media management, SEO, and digital marketing to ensure best practices are followed.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders within the industry to enhance brand visibility.
