OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Home Appétit’s digital marketing efforts. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, technical expertise, and analytical acumen to scale customer acquisition and retention.
This is a hands-on role for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and actively contribute to execution while building strategies for growth. We're looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile, is incredibly passionate about what they do, has a love for Philly, and is eager to be a part of the company's exciting growth journey.
This role is based in Philadelphia, PA, with flexibility for partial remote work.
THIS ROLE WILL REPORT TO:
Marketing Director
YOU WILL SUPERVISE:
Manage external agency partners, including technology agencies and paid advertising consultants.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Leadership & Collaboration:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy across digital and direct channels, including improvements to the tech stack.
- Collaborate across functions (brand, operations, customer service) to achieve acquisition and retention goals.
- Set and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for all campaigns.
- Stay updated on marketing trends to incorporate innovative strategies that drive growth.
Channel Ownership:
- Email and SMS Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to boost customer retention and engagement.
- Website Optimization: Lead A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page improvements to test new growth channels, including affiliate programs and emerging platforms.
- Paid Ads: Manage paid social and search campaigns alongside agency partners, including budgets and creative strategy.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Expertise in email and SMS marketing, including automation and analytics.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of website optimization tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Active Campaign), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Proficiency in A/B testing and growth experimentation.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience in food, e-commerce, or subscription businesses is highly preferred.
- Familiarity and understanding of the Philadelphia market is a bonus.
