Responsibilities
- Creating a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service and helping customers find the perfect solution to fit their appliance need.
- The Retail Sales Associate serves as an expert, explaining the specifications
- Team player - work with sales support, service, and operations staff to ensure that the customer receives the best experience possible
- Ensuring the showroom merchandise is customer-ready, information is current, and fit for demonstration purposes
- Participate in continuous training to develop sales skills & further product knowledge
- Providing assistance with delivery scheduling, rebate processing, and follow up after the sale
- Maintaining and building relationships with local builders and designers
- 8-hour shifts, no holidays
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills and can-do attitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Travel requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, training, or other store locations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Full-time, weekend availability needed
- 1st year anticipated earnings of $70K
- Includes $35K Base Salary Commission & Spiffs
- 2nd year anticipated $90K - $100K for committed sales representative
- Additional income through spiff programs
- Unlimited earning potential
- Eligible for bonus and/or profit sharing
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
