Requirements:
- Must be CPR and Fire Saftey certified or be willing to obtain once hired.
- Complete 10 hour Health and Saftey Course
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of individual children.
- Passion for working with young children and promoting their growth and development.
Duties
- Create a nurturing and safe environment for children, ensuring their well-being and promoting positive behavior.
- Plan and lead engaging activities that stimulate children's physical, intellectual, and emotional growth.
- Foster a love for learning through play-based experiences and hands-on activities.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide updates on children's progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and milestones.
