Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist at Home Base Collaborative Family Counseling. The therapist will be responsible for treatment planning, providing social work and case management services, conducting family therapy sessions, and addressing mental health issues. The role is based in Manchester, NH with the possibility of some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in Treatment Planning and Family Therapy
- Proficiency in Social Work and Case Management
- Background in Mental Health services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Licensure as a therapist in the state of New Hampshire
- Knowledge of substance misuse treatment is a plus
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
