Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable On-Call Coordinator to join our home care agency. This part-time, remote position requires availability to handle after-office hours calls, manage caregiver call-offs, and address client and caregiver concerns promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer After-Hours Calls: Be available to answer phone calls outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Manage Call-Offs: Quickly find and arrange replacements for caregivers who call off their shifts.
- Address Concerns: Handle any urgent issues or concerns from clients and caregivers, providing timely and appropriate solutions.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Documentation: Accurately document all after-hours activities, including call-offs, replacements, and resolutions of concerns.
